Employee Relations Philosophy

We are whole-heartedly dedicated to providing an excellent employee relations program within Sandestin. We will do our absolute best to maintain good working conditions, competitive wages and benefits, open communications, and employee involvement. Sandestin is a drug-free workplace, does not tolerate harassment of any kind, and has an open door policy.

Over the years, Sandestin has earned one of the finest reputations in the hospitality industry. We know that our reputation was built directly from the level of loyalty, commitment, and continued efforts of each of our employees. We sincerely believe that our success over the years is due in large part to the cooperative relationship between Sandestin and its employees.

If, once you are hired, there is something about your job or duties that are bothering you, please bring it out in the open and discuss it with the appropriate personnel. Our “Problem Solving Procedure” offers all employees the freedom to discuss anything they need to with their supervisors. In the event that you have a concern and for personal reason you cannot speak about with it with your supervisor, you may request to go directly to the General Manager. The General Manager is available for advice and assistance in solving any problems at any time. When you inform us of a concern or problem, we will try to answer you as soon as possible, based on the circumstances.
