Accommodations
All accommodations are completely furnished, non-smoking and most provide fully-equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, cable television and private community swimming pool access. Sandestin provides guests with basic toiletries including facial and toilet tissue, soap, shampoo, shower cap, body lotion and sewing kit; bed, kitchen and bath linens, as well as trash bags. Please plan on providing your favorite brand of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish detergent and extra trash bags.

Housekeeping
Resort housekeeping is pleased to offer a variety of services to our rental guests. Each guest staying on our Daily Rate will receive our Room Refresh service throughout the course of their stay as part of their standard room rate. This includes removing the trash, replacing the used terry and making the beds on a daily basis. In addition, we will change the linen on every third day. Guests staying on our Mini-week Package will receive on Room Refresh service with a linen change on the third day of their stay. Guests staying on our Weekly Package will receive two Room Refresh services with linen changes on the second and fifth days of their stay. Guests staying on our Extended Stay program do not receive housekeeping service during their stay. For guests who desire more detailed service, we are pleased to offer our full service package for an additional fee. Our full-service package includes all items in the Room Refresh plus wiping all surfaces, spot vacuuming as needed, loading the dishwasher and tidying the unit. Pools
Sandestin offers 20 swimming pools for guests. The four pools open to Sandestin guests with Resort Key Card or Amenity Card are located at the Bayside Inn, Finz restaurant, near Heron Walk (Blue Heron Drive and Baytowne Avenue) and the Fairways/Linkside pool (Audobon Drive). Complimentary towels are available on the Finz Pool Deck with a Resort Card or Amenity Card. The remaining 16 pools are reserved for those staying in these properties: The Village of Baytowne Wharf (Le Jardin, Market Street Inn, Pilot House, Observation Point North and South), The Grand Sandestin, Harbour Point/Grand Harbour, Players' Club/Vantage Pointe, Magnolia Bay/Turnberry, Crystal Lake, Laurel Grove, The Bungalos, Tivoli, Tivoli Terrace, Pine Ridge, Beachwalk, Luau, Beachside One, Beachside Two and Westwinds.
Rules and Regulations
Sandestin guests obey all Federal, State and Local laws. In addition, they should take all reasonable steps to see that they, members of their family and their guests adhere to the rules and regulations applicable, with the following rules and regulations being cited as of exceptional importance.
Shooting of fireworks and carrying of firearms in the resort are prohibited.
Parking for boat trailers, trailers, motor homes, campers, buses, etc., is not available on the resort. Alternative off-site parking is available for a fee. Ask your reservation agent or the security guard for more details. Motorized scooters and motorcycles are prohibited on the private roads of the resort.
Golf carts are allowed only on resort property if 1) The golf cart is owned and operated by a resort resident who has registered and clearly posted a valid SOA (Sandestin Owners Association) golf cart decal; or 2) The cart is rented from one of the resort approved golf cart companies that have registered and clearly posted a valid SOA golf cart decal. Resort guests are not permitted to bring personal or un-registered golf carts on resort property to use during their stay. SOA security will not allow non approved vehicles to pass through the main entry gates to the resort and individuals will be asked to store their cart/trailer in a secure, uncovered holding lot until departure.
Effective Sept. 15th rental golf carts are no longer allowed on property per SOA regulations.
The occupancy of the rental unit, and the use of community walkways and common areas, shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as to not disturb others.
Use of the resort facilities is limited to Sandestin guests with Resort Cards.
Skateboarding is prohibited.
Any careless actions by Sandestin guests that compromise the safety or enjoyment of other guests or owners (i.e., throwing objects off balconies, loud or disruptive behavior) are strictly prohibited.
