Description of Classes

Athletic Yoga: A fitness approach to yoga.

Gentle Yoga: Basic Yoga, great for beginners.

Fusion: A flow of stretch and strength improving balance, flexibility, while challenging the core.

Tai-Chi: Slow, rhythmic, meditative movements designed to help you find peace and calm.

Pilates: Designed to improve core strength and flexibility.

Body Shape: Strength training with weights, tubes, and bands.

Upper Body: 30 Minutes of strength training focusing on the upper body.

Lower Body: Strength training focusing on the lower body and abdominals.

Abs & Ball: Abdominal and strength toning class using the stability ball.

Step: A cardio class using the step and choreographed step patterns

Double Step X-treme: A choreographed double step class with power cardio intervals.

Cardio Dance Party: An aerobic dance class that will keep your heart pumping.

Zumba: A cardio dance class inspired by Latin music and music from around the world. Ditch the workout and join the zumba party.

Zumba Tone: Our Zumba class incorporating strength intervals for a full body workout.

Indoor Cycle: A high calorie burning adventure on indoor bikes.

Turbo Kick: A cardio class using kickboxing style choreography.

Cardio Sculpt: A strength training class with burst of high intensity cardio.
