$45 for a month of unlimited classes.
$10 per indoor cycling class

Description of Classes

Fusion - A blending of moves inspired by yoga and Pilates.

Weighted Fusion - Fusion with light weights.

Fit For Yoga - A fitness approach to Yoga.

Pilates - Designed to improve core strength and flexibility.

Tai-Chi - An ancient way to attain/sustain flexibility, strength, improved circulation, and overall mental/physical balance.

Body Shape - 30 minutes of strength training class using weights, tubes, and bands.

Upper Body Blast - 30 minutes of strength training focusing on the upper body.

Abs & Ball - Make great use of the ball during this abdominal and strength training class.

Step - A cardio class using the step and choreographed step patterns.

Double Step - A choreographed step class where two steps are better than one.

Zumba - A cardio dance class inspired by Latin music and music from around the world. Ditch the workout and join the Zumba party!

Indoor Cycling - A high calorie burning adventure on indoor bikes.

Water Aerobics - A cool cardio/interval class using water as resistance.
