Group Exercise Classes & Schedule

Unless otherwise specified, the duration of each Sandestin Fitness Center class is 45 - 60 minutes.

****The following classes will be canceled for these dates only: The Monday 7:00am Pilates Class as well as the 5:30pm Turbo Kick on 5/27 Memorial Day will be canceled and the Indoor Cycle that day will be moved to 10:30am.

Description of Classes

Fit For Yoga - A fitness approach to Yoga.

Gentle Yoga - A traditional and gentle approach to Yoga.

Pilates - Designed to improve core strength and flexibility.

Body Shape - Strength training with weights, tubes, and bands.

Upper Body - 30 minutes of strength training focusing on the upper body.

Abs & Ball - Abdominal and strength toning class using the stability ball.

Step - A cardio class using the step and choreographed step patterns.

2Step X-treme - A choreographed double step class with power cardio intervals.

Zumba - A cardio dance class inspired by Latin music and music from around the world. Ditch the workout and join the zumba party.

Zumba Tone - Our Zumba class incorporating strength intervals for a full body workout.

Indoor Cycling - A high calorie burning adventure on indoor bikes.

Cy/Yo - 45 minutes of Indoor Cycle finishing with 25 minutes of Power Yoga.

Walk It Off - A cardio class outdoors with lower body toning.
