Along with a world class Rees Jones designed golf course Burnt Pine also includes a full service restaurant, men's and women's locker rooms, a full service clubhouse and a full calendar of social events. Resident and Non-Resident Golf Memberships and Social/Sports Memberships at Burnt Pine are available and include:

Sandestin Owners Club Memberships are available to property owners within Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Resident and Non-Resident Memberships are available in Social, Tennis, Golf and Full memberships and include the following based on membership category:
