When your heart is full and focused on your big day, you need the details to be in very trusted, professional hands. That’s where our wedding team comes in. Your Wedding Manager will help you with arrangements for everything from the rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony to the reception, farewell brunch, and beyond, whether you have an intimate wedding or a grand event of 500 or more.

Where to Start

Connect with a Wedding Manager, confirm availability, and tour the property if you can, to see the venues and pick your perfect location. After your approval, our team will create a wedding agreement, securing your date and location(s).

  • Wedding Party

Day-Of Wedding Coordinator

Soak up every moment of your special day while your Day Of Coordinator handles the rest. Day of Coordination Services include but aren’t limited to;

  • Phone/in person/ email communication to discuss your event.
  • 30 days prior to the event, your Coordinator will assume all event planning duties.
  • 14 days prior to the event, all vendors will be contacted to verify details of their services.
  • Organize and execute wedding rehearsal the day before with your bridal party, family, and appropriate vendors.
  • Develop and distribute the wedding day timeline.
  • Complete Day of Coordination – Up to 10 hours via phone and on-site directing vendors.
  • Manage vendor and décor set up at the ceremony and reception sites.
  • Set up personal items including programs, guest book, favors, cake items, etc.
  • Facilitate wedding ceremony, properly line up processional and cue musicians.
  • Coordinate announcements and entertainment at the reception
  • Ensure all Ceremony and Reception items are packed up and given to the designated person.
  • Bride and groom with the wedding party behind them

Once we receive the wedding agreement, your Wedding Manager will be happy to:
 

  • Provide a list of exclusive vendors such as wedding planners, florists, photographers, musicians and more.
  • Design ceremony and reception floor plans to include dining tables, bars and any other tables you need (tables and standard white linens are complimentary to Sandestin brides, based on inventory availability).
  • Customize wedding menus (see menu section) with Sandestin’s award-winning culinary staff.
  • Discount group rates on accommodations.
  • Outdoor wedding breakfast
