Glen Stegemann brings over 30 years of experience in sales leadership and operations to his role as Regional Director for The Agency. He has led successful teams at top real estate firms, including Stock Development and Royal Shell, where he oversaw 2,500+ annual transactions and $2 billion in sales.

Glen has also co-founded multiple real estate and construction companies, including Summit Real Estate Group and Mato Construction, showcasing his entrepreneurial vision and strategic leadership. In 2025, he will expand his role internationally as Managing Director of The Agency Madrid.

A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker with a finance degree from Florida Southern College, Glen is also a former collegiate athlete and assistant baseball coach at Florida Gulf Coast University. He remains active in local business and real estate communities, committed to growth, mentorship, and excellence.
