June Gibson leads with empathy, integrity, and a deep commitment to service. In her dual role, she supports the executive team while creating memorable experiences for guests—always striving to elevate every interaction with care and professionalism.

Outside of work, June enjoys gardening and attending concerts and shows. She’s passionate about children’s charities, supporting organizations like Children’s Miracle Network and Children in Crisis.

Her favorite part of working at Sandestin is the strong relationships she’s built with both colleagues and returning guests.

Fun fact: June grew up in a military family, lived abroad in France and Germany, worked as a flight attendant for 14 years, and once called Grand Cayman home—before it was commercialized.
