Rashanna Prescott brings a collaborative, strategic, and people-focused approach to her role as Executive Director of Human Resources. She leads with empathy, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals while supporting team development and long-term success.

Outside of work, Rashanna is passionate about health and wellness—she enjoys meal prepping, working out, and participating in bodybuilding competitions. She’s also a creative at heart, spending time crocheting and crafting. Rashanna is an active member of professional organizations including National SHRM, Bay County SHRM, NASM, and OCB.

Her favorite part of working at Sandestin is the variety—no two days are the same. She enjoys the fast-paced environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both employees and guests.
