Wear your favorite jersey (face paint optional) and kick off Super Bowl Sunday at Marina Bar & Grill on February 8. Big screens, cold drinks, and incredible views of Choctawhatchee Bay will be waiting, along with a crowd ready to celebrate every touchdown!

Valentine’s festivities kick off early at Hotel Effie with the Stupid Cupid Party at Ara Rooftop Pool & Lounge on February 13, where playful vibes, themed cocktails, music, and rooftop views set the stage for a not-so-serious take on romance. Whether you’re celebrating love, friendship, or just a good time, it’s the perfect way to start the weekend.

On February 14, indulge in a special Valentine’s Day Dinner at Ovide, located inside Hotel Effie, featuring a thoughtfully crafted five-course experience designed for couples, friends, and family alike. It’s an elevated evening of seasonal flavors, warm hospitality, and shared moments—perfect for celebrating love in all its forms.

Trade game day cheers for a sunset on the water with a SunQuest Valentine’s Dinner Cruise, February 13–15 from 5–8 PM. With both adult-only and family-friendly options available, an evening cruise is one of the best ways to enjoy Destin’s views, fabulous dining, and time spent together.

The streets come alive for the Mardi Gras Parade on February 15 from 2–5 PM, complete with colorful floats, music, and fun for the whole family! Then, don’t miss one of the best street parties around at the Baytowne Mardi Gras Pardi on February 17 from 6–8 PM—a festive celebration filled with food, drinks, and plenty of beads. Feeling lucky? Swing by Bingo Night every Thursday from 5–7 PM at Ara Rooftop Pool & Lounge, where prizes, laughs, and friendly competition are all part of the game.

You can also raise a glass at Bubbly Baytowne on February 19 from 5–8 PM, where sparkling wines create the perfect mid-week celebration at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. This laid-back evening is a great way to mingle, sip premium bubbly, and browse local boutiques with friends and family.

The Sandestin Gumbo Festival returns February 20–21 with steaming bowls of Southern goodness, a lively cook-off competition, and a rivalry for the Best Bloody Mary on the Beach. Live music and children’s activities round out the weekend, making it one of the Gulf Coast’s favorite winter events.
