Current status: Open and operational. New arrivals resume Tuesday, October 13.
Operations Update: Thanks to the tireless efforts of our teams, Sandestin is open and operational following Hurricane Isaias. We will begin accepting new arrivals tomorrow, Tuesday, October 13.
Hours and openings for all resort amenities and services are listed in the Current Resort Operations table below. Tennis & Pickleball will remain closed until further notice.

Residents requiring special needs shelter should contact Emergency Management at 850.892.8065 to register. Additional shelters will be opened on as needed basis.

- Hurricane Watch: Hurricane conditions are possible within about 48 hours. A good time to finish your preparations.
- Hurricane Warning: Hurricane conditions are expected within about 36 hours. Complete preparations and follow local officials' guidance.
- Storm Surge Watch or Warning: Dangerous flooding from rising water is possible or expected. Surge is often the greatest threat to life, so please heed evacuation orders.
