What this means for you: We're monitoring a tropical disturbance in the Gulf, known as Invest 92L. At this time, there is no change to resort operations, and owners and guests should expect business as usual. Our team is tracking its progress closely and preparing in case conditions change. We'll post any update here first.

- Hurricane Watch: Hurricane conditions are possible within about 48 hours. A good time to finish your preparations.
- Hurricane Warning: Hurricane conditions are expected within about 36 hours. Complete preparations and follow local officials' guidance.
- Storm Surge Watch or Warning: Dangerous flooding from rising water is possible or expected. Surge is often the greatest threat to life, so please heed evacuation orders.
